01协议的接受Acceptance of Terms

欢迎使用龙截图 LongShot(以下简称「本软件」或「我们」)。本用户协议(以下简称「本协议」)是您与 LongShot 之间就下载、安装与使用本软件所达成的法律约定。当您从 App Store 下载、安装或以任何方式使用本软件时,即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。若您不同意本协议的任何条款,请勿下载或使用本软件,并删除已安装的副本。 Welcome to LongShot (“the Software” or “we”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and LongShot regarding the download, installation and use of the Software. By downloading, installing or using the Software from the App Store in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not download or use the Software, and delete any installed copy.

02服务说明About the Service

龙截图 LongShot 是一款面向 iPhone 的长截图拼接工具,提供录屏转长图、多图拼接、Safari 网页快照、边框与水印装饰,以及图片 / PDF / 切片导出等功能。使用本软件无需注册账号。 LongShot is a long-screenshot stitching tool for iPhone, offering record-to-long-screenshot, multi-image stitching, Safari web snapshot, frame & watermark decoration, and image / PDF / slice export. No account is required to use the Software.

03使用许可License

在您遵守本协议的前提下,我们授予您一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可随时撤销的个人许可,允许您在自有设备上安装并使用本软件,用于个人、非商业目的。本许可不包含: Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to install and use the Software on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• 对软件进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编,或试图提取其源代码; Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Software;
• 复制、修改、出租、出借、出售、再许可或再分发本软件或其任何部分; Copying, modifying, renting, leasing, selling, sublicensing or redistributing the Software or any part of it;
• 移除或篡改软件中的任何版权、商标或其他权利标识。 Removing or altering any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices in the Software.

超出上述范围的任何使用均需事先获得我们的书面许可。 Any use beyond the scope above requires our prior written permission.

04用户行为规范User Conduct

您同意不以任何方式滥用本软件,包括但不限于: You agree not to misuse the Software in any way, including but not limited to:

• 利用本软件从事任何违反法律法规或侵犯他人权益(包括他人隐私权、著作权)的活动,例如未经许可录制、拼接或传播他人的屏幕内容或受版权保护的页面; Using the Software for any unlawful activity or in violation of others’ rights (including privacy and copyright), such as recording, stitching or sharing other people’s screen content or copyrighted pages without permission;
• 干扰、破坏或试图绕过本软件的任何技术保护措施; Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to bypass any technical protection measures of the Software;
• 将本软件用于任何可能对设备、系统或他人数据造成损害的用途。 Using the Software in any way that may damage devices, systems or other people’s data.

05知识产权Intellectual Property

本软件(包括其代码、界面、图标与文档)及其全部知识产权,均归 LongShot 或其许可方所有,并受著作权法、商标法及其他适用法律保护。本协议不授予您对上述知识产权的任何权利,除非本协议明确约定。 The Software — including its code, interface, icons and documentation — and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by LongShot or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no rights in such intellectual property are granted to you.

您通过本软件录制、拼接或处理的所有屏幕内容、图片、网页快照及其衍生结果,其版权与所有权均归您或相应权利人所有。我们不对您的内容主张任何权利,也从不获取、存储或上传它们。 All screen content, images, web snapshots and derivative results that you record, stitch or process with the Software remain the property of you or their respective owners. We claim no rights over your content and never acquire, store or upload it.

06费用Fees

本软件目前免费提供,全部功能均可免费使用,不含广告与应用内购买。若未来推出付费功能或订阅服务,我们将在 App Store 页面与本页面以显著方式提前说明价格与规则,届时您可自主选择是否付费,已有的免费功能不会因此被收回。 The Software is currently provided free of charge, with all features available at no cost, no ads and no in-app purchases. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, the pricing and terms will be announced prominently on the App Store page and this page in advance; you may choose freely whether to pay, and features that are already free will not be revoked.

07App Store 分发条款App Store Distribution

本软件通过 Apple App Store 分发。您的下载与退款(如适用)同时受 Apple 媒体服务条款与 Apple 隐私政策的约束。当本协议与 Apple 的分发条款存在冲突时,以 Apple 条款中关于分发与交易的约定为准。若您通过中国大陆以外地区的 App Store 获取本软件,请同时遵守所在司法辖区的适用法律。 The Software is distributed via the Apple App Store. Your download and refunds (if any) are also governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and Apple’s Privacy Policy. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple’s distribution terms, Apple’s terms shall prevail with respect to distribution and transactions. If you obtain the Software from an App Store outside mainland China, please also comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

08免责声明Disclaimer of Warranties

本软件按「现状」与「现有」基础提供,不附带任何形式的明示或默示保证,包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的默示保证。我们不保证本软件在运行中绝无错误、绝不中断,或能够满足您的全部预期。您理解并同意自行承担使用本软件的风险。 The Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet all of your expectations. You understand and agree that you use the Software at your own risk.

拼接结果由自动算法生成:在内容高度重复、滚动过快或含动态元素的页面上,可能出现内容重复、缺失或错位。本软件提供了接缝检查与手动微调工具,请您在将拼接结果用于存档、举证或其他重要用途前,自行核对内容的完整与准确。 Stitched results are produced by automatic algorithms: on pages with highly repetitive content, fast scrolling or dynamic elements, content may be duplicated, missing or misaligned. The Software provides seam inspection and manual adjustment tools — please verify completeness and accuracy yourself before using results for archiving, evidence or other important purposes.

09责任限制Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对因使用或无法使用本软件而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害承担责任,包括但不限于数据丢失、业务中断或利润损失。我们不代为存储您的任何内容,请务必妥善备份您的录屏、截图与拼接结果。某些司法辖区不允许排除或限制附带或后果性损害,此时上述限制可能不适用于您。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption or loss of profits. The Software does not store your content on our behalf — please always back up your recordings, screenshots and stitched results. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, in which case the above limitation may not apply to you.

10终止Termination

您可随时通过删除本软件来终止本协议,无需另行通知。若您违反本协议的任何条款,我们保留终止您使用本软件的权利。本协议中关于知识产权、免责声明、责任限制与适用法律的条款,在本协议终止后继续有效。 You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the Software, without notice. If you breach any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the Software. The provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

11条款变更Changes to These Terms

我们可能不时更新本协议,以反映软件功能演进或法律法规要求。更新后的版本将发布在本页面,并更新页首的生效日期。对于重大变更,我们将在 App Store 更新说明中予以提示。您在变更生效后继续使用本软件,即视为接受更新后的条款。 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect feature evolution or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be noted in App Store update notes. Your continued use of the Software after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12适用法律与争议解决Governing Law and Disputes

本协议的解释与适用以中华人民共和国法律为准。因本协议产生的争议,双方应首先友好协商解决;协商不成的,任何一方可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。若本协议的任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行,其余条款仍应保持完整效力。 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
